Topological Bonding and Electronic Properties of Cd <sub>43</sub> Te <sub>28</sub> Semiconductor Material with Microporous Structure

چکیده

CdTe is II-VI semiconductor material with excellent characteristics and has demonstrated promising potential for application in the photovoltaic field. The electronic properties of Cd43Te28 microporous structures have been investigated based on density functional theory. newly established binding-energy bond-charge model used to convert value Hamiltonian into bonding values. We provide a method describing topological chemical bonds by atomic coordinates wave phases. also discuss dynamic process function time magic cube matrix. This study provides an innovative technology accurate analysis materials.
